There's a certain vintage quality about this new outfit from Ghee. When I first wore it a friend remarked that it looked like I was on my way to the Women's Institute to hand out tea and cakes. That did bring a smile to my face. However, it did make me think of the 40's and the elegance of that time; which is due to the versatility of this design...from scarf to shoes!

 

Designer Showcase presents a collection of designs and exclusives from a multitude of designers and fashion boutiques. The Event runs each month from the 5th - 30th. So for the latest in casual and street smart; come on down and feast on the treats this October.

 

 

The outfit comprises of 5 items. An Embroidered Wool Coat with a delectable pattern which comes in Graphite, Lime, Maple, Navy, Otter, Port, Rose, Scarlet, Spruce and Winter White.

 

Essential - 90 Denier Opaque Tights in tattoo shades or by Omega Applier - 12 shades.

 

 

 

Essential Bento Croc Gloves with Fitted Classic, Maitreya and Slink versions with a HUD that has 12 colours.

 

Gorgeous Oxford Heels with tweed upper and leather main fits Belleza, Maitreya and Slink. The HUD gives 8 colour options for the main and 12 for the tweed pattern.

 

Finally there i8s a beautiful Silky Scarf - in regular or busty - with 12 colour HUD. Graphite, Gray, Lime, Maple, Marina, Navy, Port, Rose, Scarlet, Spruce, Otter and Purple.

 

 

With fashion like this I may just be persuaded to do another WI Calendar just like those famous Calendar Girls! I definitely think we are going to need bigger buns!

Designer's Showcase - Legendaire - Thascya

Designer's Showcase event for December is on from 5th December until 31st December. Santa's been and gone today and left lots of goodies for all the good little girls and boys! I know you were good - Santa showed me the list when I sat on his knee!

I asked for coal...compressed to diamonds of course...and some new fashion. Along came this...the Thascya outfit from Legendaire.

This set comes with a top, overalls, sneakers and hair (not shown). The overalls come in two colours and the top and scarf have HUD's for 8 texture changes each. Sneakers come in Maitreya and Slink. Top and overalls come in Classic, Maitreya, Slink & Belleza.

Designers Showcase - Legendaire...My Doris day

My day started off as usual with getting the bus into town. I had an important meeting with a fashion designer and wondered what to wear...and there in the closet was my Doris outfit. It was definitely a Doris day...

 

Exclusive to the June round at the Designer's Showcase for the 5th - 30th June is this wonderful little top and skirt by Legendaire. Just one of the great fashion outfits and accessories on show this month. 

The top and skirt both come in 5 standard sizes plus alpha and appliers for Maitreya and Slink. The color change HUD gives you 4 options for the top and bottom - here I'm wearing the animal print. Mix and match to your hearts content! High collared neck but bare midriff and a skirt short enough to show off the assets but not reveal it all!

 

 

The shoes have a chain strap design with a studded heal in black leather. They are fit mesh shoes (high feet). The bag above is from another Legendaire set also available at the Event...included in the Thea outfit. I just had to have it and it fits in well with this outfit too! The bag in the first picture is also by Legendaire...that is the Anitta bag and is available at the store.
