Well, that's what the brave, dedicated people of Doctors Without Borders do. As you know, just volunteering is not enough. The medical, food and other supplies needed cost money and with your help they can carry on their great work. All you have to do is spend some Lindens, look beautiful in what you buy, and know that your contribution will be put to tremendous use and probably save a life somewhere. Thank you!
